Use a LeadsHook template to start with a ready-made Decision Tree structure instead of building every node from scratch. You can preview a template before using it, then review and customize the copied tree in your account.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to your LeadsHook V2 account.
  • Template availability depends on your subscription. The creation dialog can filter the list to templates included in your account.

Create a Decision Tree from a template

Step 1: Select Decision Trees from the top navigation.

Step 2: Click Create Decision Tree.

Step 3: In the New Decision Tree dialog, select Show only templates in my subscription if you only want to see templates available to your account.

Step 4: Browse the template cards. Click Preview to open a working preview, or Details to review the template information.

Step 5: Click Use on the template you want.

Step 6: LeadsHook returns to the Decision Trees page while it creates the copy. Allow a few minutes for the new tree to appear. Template-based trees are created as Inactive; click the tree name to open it, review the nodes and settings, and make your changes before activating it.

If the template does not appear

  • Turn on Show only templates in my subscription to confirm which templates your account includes.
  • If you just clicked Use, wait a few minutes and refresh the Decision Trees page.
