Introduction:
When you want to group multiple questions into one node, you can use the form node. It will display all your questions on one page with a submit button ( the same as any regular form ).
- First, create your form custom fields.
- Then add a form node to your canvas.
- In the form node, click ‘manage fields’. And add all the custom fields you specified earlier to store your answers.
- Then you will need to provide a label for the submit button.
- Finally, there are some options to format the style of the form node. You can make adjustments how you like.
