This guide assists you in adding or updating your credit card details on LeadsHook. With the ability to add multiple accounts and assign multiple credit cards, you can effectively manage your payments. The process involves adding card details, deleting cards and assigning cards to accounts, and saving the changes.
Prerequisites:
- An active LeadsHook account
- Access to the Account Manager at https://runmybiz.io
How to Update Your Credit Card
LeadsHook allows users to have multiple accounts. This means you can also add multiple credit cards so they can be assigned to their respective accounts. You can assign ONE credit card to multiple accounts as well.
Step 1: You need to go to Profile
Step 2: Then Click “Credit Cards”
Step 3: Select the Credit Card you want to Update or Delete.
- Click the Pen Button to Edit or the Trash Bin Button to delete.
Please note: Adding a credit card will NOT automatically associate your credit card to your account. You have to assign your credit card to your account (See Step 2 below – select your credit card from the dropdown instead of adding a new one).

Please log into our Account Manager
Account Manager can be access at: https://runmybiz.io
Step 1: Select the Account where you want to Delete or update the Credit Card and Click the ‘CC’ icon as shown below

Step 2: Scroll down and below the pricing plan.
- Click the “Add new Credit Card” button as shown below

Step 3: Enter your credit card details as shown below
- We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX
Step 4: Press “Save”

Step 5: Click the “Add new Address” button as shown below

Step 6: Please enter your credit card’s billing address
Step 7: Please press “Create” as shown below

Step 8: Select the Credit Card you want to associate with this account.
Step 9: Select the Billing Address associated with the credit card selected in Step 8
Step 10: Press “Save”

- Remember that adding a card does not automatically link it to your account. You must assign each card to the desired account(s).
