Introduction
Issue:
In a custom field, if “Required” is enabled, its default value will not be recognized.
Why does this happen?
If Required is enabled, your leads must input an answer, hence the default value is disregarded.
If Required is disabled, your leads can choose not to input an answer, the default value will be implemented.
