A form causes a lot of friction… and drops response.

“We’re losing a lot of people when they get to our form.”

My answer…

Why are you using a form? You can grab all of the data required without a form.”

Imagine that… no form!

The form is at least a few thousand years old so we can be forgiven for not questioning its necessity.
