Here is an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1866\" height=\"848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/del-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-532\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this example, when your leads select &#8220;male&#8221; or &#8220;female&#8221;, the image associated with the image custom field can be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Almost all Email Service Providers (ESPs) and CRMs do not have an IMAGE or VIDEO custom fields so IMAGE and VIDEO custom fields can only be used to enhance the user experience in Leadshook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step by Step Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
