These tokens expire within an hour from generation however you will get a refresh token that you can reuse and generate a new access token for every new lead. This refresh token will not expire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"997\" height=\"839\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4494\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>The 3 main steps for this setup:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>1. Grab the Self Client Code to do an Initial Authorize Request so you can have your own access token and Request token.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1805\" height=\"704\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4485\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Result of this initial Authorize Request will look like the image below. Grab the Refresh Token so you can set it up on your API node to generate an access token everytime you send a lead.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1795\" height=\"825\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4486\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Set your First API node as shown below to generate an access code before you send lead information to Zoho. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Don&#8217;t forget to create a Leadshook Custom Field for &#8220;access_token&#8221; and set it to text type. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You will be mapping this to the access_token response from the Refresh Token Node so you can reuse it as an access token on the next and final node<\/strong> <strong>as shown below.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1804\" height=\"846\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/8-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4489\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1676\" height=\"310\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4490\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 3. Create your webhook node to pass lead info to Zoho <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Webhook node body will differ depending on where you are sending your payload.
