{"id":11,"date":"2024-08-15T12:23:17","date_gmt":"2024-08-15T12:23:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/?p=11"},"modified":"2024-08-16T13:04:10","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T13:04:10","slug":"inviting-users","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.leadshook.com\/help\/inviting-users\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Members: How to Add, Remove and Change Role Permissions for users"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introduction:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LeadsHook allows you to add as many users as you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0 Only an OWNER of an account can ADD new users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before you add a user you need to understand our permission levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permission Levels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Owners:<\/strong> users who created the account.&nbsp; The person who entered their credit card to create a LeadsHook account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admin:<\/strong> Admins have the same access owners except they can&#8217;t access the billing or user management.&nbsp; Please let your new users know&nbsp;to accept the invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your users have created their user access, they will automatically be associated with your account at the permission level you have granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Additional Note: Once the user accesses the email invite he\/she will be redirected to two pages depending on the scenario:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Redirect to Password creation page. (This applies to users who were not invited or registered under any Leadshook account before). Once they create a password, they will then redirect to the login page where they will need to use <strong>&#8220;Login form&#8221;<\/strong> button to login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Redirect to the Leadshook account login page.
